I am leaving for the summer (May 27-August 6) and would like to sublet my room in Driftwood Manor in southwestern Raleigh. The neighborhood is right off of Western Blvd and has a pool and tennis courts right out the backdoor. I have two male roomates who are both seniors at NC State, I'm not sure if they'll be around this summer or not. There is a balcony, grill, its furnished, has washer and dryer, cable with wireless roadrunner, and the utilities are included in the rent. I am very flexible about the start and end dates of the sublease.
