Just wanna see how much I can get for it. Bought it brand new March 06. I wanna get something bigger like a 50" plasma or DLP.. They go on ebay for like 680 used ... I know i wont get that here but something in that range..

Overall its a great tv..I bought it because it had one of the best pictures for regular cable..As for as HD is concerned, it looks GREAT, but ofcourse not as good as higher resolution tvs..however, when i first bought it, it had a better hd pic than some other HD tv's...let me know what u got and i may part with it. pic in gallery

try not to take this personally, but - what would possess you to buy a TV that large and that nice and NOT HDTV? i realize you said it had a better "HD pic" than other HDTVs, but for a television about a year old, that seems kinda...silly

If you watch a lot of NON-digital tv then EDTV is the better choice......HDTV's dont always have a great analog picture.

^^ exactly..i knew i was gonna be living in the dorms for another year or two s thats why..im an RA by the way...and dont give me shit about being an RA bc i aint out to get my residents like all the other snitches..

also at the time it was one of the cheaper displays..its amazing how far the price has dropped in a year.. 42 HD plasmas were 2200 and up...this one was 1600...

^^^^i dont take it personally..i bought it mainly for the price @ the time and the picturequality for regular cable..

Is it on a stand or does it hang on a wall? I'd consider $415 on it.
