I'm looking for a 2-3br 2+ bath house/townhouse/apartment/condo near NCSU.

My roommate and I would be looking to move in before August 1st....so sometime in July would be ideal, but move-in date is negotiable.

Does anyone know of anything? I'll give $100 to the person that finds us a place if we actually decide to move in there.

Give a little description as to what you are willing to spend and how nice you are looking to go. If you want to go cheap try places like University Woods or anything the Priess Company has to offer (good luck on customer service though). I stayed in Dominion Walnut Creek the last two years and I like it and you can negotiate the price to be ~$350 a month per person for a two bedroom. Also, try the newspaper. There are hundreds of places for rent in there and for cheap too. Also try http://www.ncsuliving.com/.

umm every apartment complex remotely close to ncsu meets your requirements. Why don't you go view a few, perhaps where your friends live, or places with a good rep.
