Take over our lease at Westgrove apartments... its a three bedroom townhouse... with 2.5 baths. Take over our lease the end of may or beginning of June and pay just 735 a month + utilities then sign a new contract if you like it or move... at the end of July. If you sign a new contract you can renegotiatate with our few if you resign for 6-11 months then it will be 765 rent after july, if you reassign for 12-17 months it will be 755 a month after july, or if you resign for 18-24 months it will be just 745 after july. This is really a deal since they are selling the townhouses for 790 now!

Our apartment it's also a 2-story, end unit, so only one set of neighbors and it has a fireplace... pets are allowed for a fee and size restrictions. it's on the wolfline and in walking/biking distance to grocery/NCSU/ dollar fifty movie theater!~

It's 3 bed, 2.5 bath. ... community has a pool, volleyball court, and a playground.. good for families or students

the lease is up the end of July but we want to get out the end of may... and if you click on the websites listed above it gives the square feet of the rooms in the apartment layouts on the complex's site.... we are one of the 3 bedrooms with a fireplace..
