The master bedroom in my townhome is available for June and July. Includes a private bathroom with shower. The room is 12x14', carpeted with a huge 4x9 window. The townhome is located at the end of Champion Ct. across from centennial parkway (where centennial pkwy meets avent ferry, it becomes champion ct). Its about a 15-20 minute walk to central campus, less than a block from a wolfline stop and Mission Valley. No pets larger than a guinea pig.

Rent is 320/mo plus utlities (usually $50). Also there is a $167 deposit (1/3 of the $500 deposit on the townhome).

The other occupants are two very friendly and non-threatening guys. One is an upcoming graduate and the other works 8-5 in cary, both in their twenties. Our lease ends after July, so if you want to pick up the place for yourself in august, that can be arranged. Depending on how early you want to move in, you might be responsible for a fraction of May's rent (likely whether you want to move in before the 25th or after)
