DO NOT INQUIRE IF YOU ARE NOT A GRAD, VET OR STUDENT IN SOME OTHER PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM! The other half of our duplex is available for rent beginning approx 15 June for $775/mo. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sqft apt. There is a fenced in back yard, and landlord is very pet friendly. We are located less than 5 minutes from the vet school, approx 8 minutes from main campus. Landlord is great and really jumps through hoops to get veterinary people in this place. We have had one or two things go wrong and he is quick and happy to get stuff fixed or replaced.
