There are crazy #s of threads and it's going to get ridiculous to reply to all, so I'm posting my own thread.

YAY! WE SOLD OUR HOUSE! New owners want to move in June 1. I'm moving (new job starts 6/4) but hubby's stuck in Raleigh until he gets his transfer. It's possible he'll get it before the end of June, but more likely he'll be here at least part of July.

Fact About Him:
- 26, M (duh), VERY quiet and actually noise-averse, so being surrounded by loud parties would not be a good match. He'll keep to himself and you probably won't know he's there, really.
- No drugs, rarely drinks, doesn't smoke
- Works second shift M-F, so he sleeps til around noon after getting home at 1 or 2 am.
- Yes, I trust him to live with wimmens, as long as you're OK with living with him.
- Cleans up after himself (usually )

Wants:
- Utilities included ... cable and internet would also be nice
- Furnished preferred ... because moving furniture, esp large furniture, sucks
- Pets OK preferred ... we have a cat that mainly hides on the bed all day, and we're taking her with us to our next house, but I can't keep her in my apartment aka my in-law's guest room because of their allergies
- Price negotiable, but let's be reasonable kids
- June is a MUST, July must be available, possibly August ... but we're not going to commit to August. Month-to-month preferred.

I have a room available for June, July, and you can move in by the end of this week

It's at wolf creek, and its normally 425/month, but i'm asking 375/month with this second half of may for free...everything is inclusive, rent, utilities, internet, etc...2/3 roommates are here, laid back guys that are easy to get along with...they'd be just fine with a cat...the place is furnished as well

Updates from him:
- he apparently would prefer an unfurnished bedroom ... not sure why, but there ya go :/
- Month-to-month is kind-of the dealbreaker ... he doesn't want to "commit" to July just in case he does get transferred before July 1.
