I'm looking for a place to stay next school year. My current lease is up at the end of July. I'm willing to sign a year long lease. Doesn't matter if it's an apt, townhome, house, or what.

Requirements:

- MUST be on the Wolfline or within walking distance of campus
- rent + utilites MUST be under $400/mo
- safe neighborhood

if the place doesn't meet all requirements, I am not interested.

I'd prefer (but not 100% necessary):

- female roomates
- clean living area
- kitchen larger than a matchbox
- patio/porch
