i am getting ready to sign a lease for a house off of method rd (NOT the ghetto part) for next year.
my roomate just backed out, so i need a new one (pref. a girl but may consider a guy)...
the house is only 2 years old, and i know the occupants who have lived there for the past 2 years-they kept the place immaculate.
details:
house is 2 stories, 3 beds, 2.5 baths (one master bedroom with full bath, two bedrooms share a full bath, and a half bath downstairs), enclosed garage, big backyard etc...
BOTTOM LINE: an unheard of $850 a month. the master bedroom occupant will pay more than the two smaller bedroom occupants.

Hey...i'm in the same boat...i just applied for this place and my roommate backed out as well...i'm totally interested and i would love to get directions to see the place...thats a really great deal by the way!
