hey guys, i'm planning on going down to wilmington next weekend(6/15-17), so if you happen to have an apartment available for 1-2 nights, that'll be great, price is negociable.

here's what we need:

1. a room for 2 girls or 1-2 room(s) for 2 girls & 1-2 guys
2. either fri(6/15) + sat night(6/16) or just sat(6/16) night
3. in or around wilmington, easy to get to the beach
4. we would not like to share a room with you(male or female)
5. we would not like to live under the same roof with your parents
6. we'll most probably be back around 2-3am every night, plz make sure that doesn't bother you

hotel rooms cost a lot in wilmington because of the beach...so i'm just trying to find someone who happens to be away on a weekend and would like to make a hundred bucks or so...

spend the extra $50 on a hotel that's actually in wrightsville (or carolina) beach. you'll spend at least $1.25/hr for parking when you go to the beach. you'll use less gas and spend less time traveling to the beach.
too bad you don't want to stay with parents, though. my bf's dad has a huge house with 3 completely empty bedrooms

l24ch: thanks a lot for your suggestion, but i've already known places that we can park for free. parents thing - we'll visit the bars in downtown but don't want you to have to listen to the music after getting rent from us.

If $75 is too much split 3-4 ways then just have one less drink at the bar and you will have it covered. If you cant afford that much then don't go.

Actually it's pretty common in wilmington especially right now between semesters. People go home and rent out their places to weekend or week stay visitors like beach houses.

Where do you know to park for free? That suggests you know someone on the beach with a parking pass, which means...you know someone at the beach and ought to just crash in their lawn or something.

Or it suggests you park at the municipal park place and walk with all your crap, or are on crack.

I'm sitting on wrightsville beach right now. its 1.50/ hr. to park. but you can park farther away for free and walk. I'd say pony up the cash for a hotel. its worth it.

You may stay for in my place, on wrightsville beach $40/Night under the following conditions.

1: You go with me downtown, and hang all over me as if i we're a celebrity (merely a tactic to attract other women)
2: The males you bring with you must not be your boyfriends, brothers, or prospective relationship material. nor should they become offended if i flirt (dependent on your physical characteristics and my blood alcohol level)
3: You provide me access to your alcohol (especially if you plan to keep it in my freezer)
