He WAS a victim.

There's something wrong when receiving oral sex is a felony whereas it would have been a misdemeanor if they had sex. Of course, you are blinded by your hatred of black people, but then again that's the type of mentality that put him in prison in the first place.

the kid has already spent more than 2 yrs in jail for oral sex. how is he not a victim? it's sad especially when it was consensual.

(although if he was any older than 17 doing that with a 15 yr old, then i would start to have a problem w/ it. but they are close enough in age that they shouldn't be making a big deal about how she was a minor when he was too)

you don't think he was the victim of an unfair law/judicial system? that's retarded. the dude lost 2 years of his life because of some pointless law. and ya, he was being recruited by ivy league schools to play football. he was smart, great football player, and prom king. AND the girl iniated it on all accounts.
