university oaks is a pocket of crackers in the middle of the projects...worst place to live

when i lived there...i hated driving down the street to get to the apts

actually I thought that as well before we moved there

its really not that bad...the rest of the public never goes into the parking lot and there is an officer who stays on the road a majority of the time.

I havent had any problems with any noise, vandalism or anything like that since I stayed there.

its really not what its made up to be.
