One of my roommates is moving out at the end of July, I'm looking for a replacement. I'm not a huge partier but I do have guests over from time to time. I am looking preferably for a guy who goes to state and is clean and responsible. Rent for the room for rent is 361.75, I'll explain how we got that number if it confuses you.
The house is 3 bed 2 bath and has a HUGE open awesome common area with vaulted ceilings that's pretty great for some get-togethers. Girls tend to like it a lot. Cable, High speed, garage and a pretty nice home theater. I'm a musician so it's musician friendly, should be a good time. Let me know  6/15/2007 12:48:04 PM
