best offense- Dallas
Tiki is gone, The redskins are starting a unproven qb, and the eagles don't have one decent WR

best defense- Washington
Dallas fell apart at the end of the year after a good start, Phili is getting old, and running backs can slip right through the gap in Strahans teeth.

division winner - Dallas
They have the best RB and WR core. Their QB is better than average if he isn't the placeholder, good defense as long as the injuries stay down. Philly is a close second and maybe even division winner if donovan stays healthy.
