We have already filled the third bedroom, but we need to find two people for the other two rooms.
Rent is 315 per room, and includes water and internet. It is a first-floor, pet-friendly apartment.
The lease will be from August 2007 (or whenever you can move in) through July 31, 2008.

Hi Stepherie. If the guys keep calling you, send them to my post  Condo for rent in University Woods. Privately owned and managed so I can do my own application process. If I get pet enquiries I will send them to you. I have had some from other sources.
