I will be finishing my last semester in the fall and will need a place to stay. I am a male, grad student in ECE. I am currently out of state, but I will be in Raleigh July 5th and would like to look at some possible apts. I am quiet and for the most part good-mannered.

I'd be glad to show you around our apartment here at Lake Park Condominiums. I take the bus to campus from a bus stop that is about an 8 minute walk from our place.
