pre-final procrastination is at an all time high.

I just signed up and entered 3 codes and have 9 points right now. Is it even worth it? is 3 poitns the most you can make off one drink? I've been drinking a coke a day for 8 years and could've had a car by now.

Whats the best anybody has done? I'm thinking of going around recyclers collecting caps but you can only enter 10 per day.

how bout you just take all that time and say....get a job instead. Then you could buy whatever you wanted. Or you could just go back in time and instead of buying a coke a day, you could just put all that money in an account. Then you could buy whatever you wanted.

But instead you are trying to dig in the trash for bottle caps worth pennies.....

Coke had you addicted before the scam even started though.

Thing is, I'm drinking the coke regardless. Rewards or no rewards so I might as well get what I can for doing something I would be doing anyway. And nobody said anything about digging through trash. I have a job and if taking 5 minutes a day to collect 9 caps and enter their codes to supplement the one I would enter anyway can get me free stuff I'm down.

sorry i thought by going around recyclers you meant going to recycle bins where people dump their trash. AKA digging in the trash

3 points is the most you can make off a 20oz if im not mistaken. The other bigger sizes have more points, but in reality it will take you forever to earn much more then free coke or junk. I miss the old school games they had were you could win like free cokes, money, prizes, etc right away via your cap.

If you go out of your way everyday to raid recyclers then thats sad.

get a job, moron. By the time you're done making a COMPLETE asshat out of yourself down at the recyclables center you could've worked a shift at a coffee shop or something and made actual money.

Enjoy your Coke Rewards limited edition ballcap though, pinhead

Maybe an asshat is one of the rewards he's anxiously saving up for.

One of my old roommates did something similar back in sophomore year. He was an insomniac so when he couldn't sleep he would go take walks around campus at night. Mountain Dew was having some sort of promotion where you collected the caps or whatever and he went to the recycle bins outside the residence halls and got TONS of caps. All he ever really got out of it was a lame tshirt that said "Game On" and a beanie. Not worth the trouble if you ask me. It sucks that if you ever want to win something you have to register on their site and give them an email address.

a case gets you 10 points - so the 20oz gets you more points per ounce. The only reason I use it is to earn free coke - not for anything else. I just log my dad's stuff for him on there

i've been doing it for a little while now, especially when i'm at home. my family drinks diet coke/diet sprite like it's water, so we always get the can cases. 3 of them at a time at least once a week is pretty good. that + my diet coke addiction at school has me up to almost 700 points. and previous to that, i used them on a marie claire subscription. so i'd probably be up to 850 or so...

i mean, considering diet coke is my preferred soda, so i'd be drinking it anyway, i think it's worth it. take a look at the rewards. if anything seems within reach, go for it. if i kept it up, i might be able to get to one of the higher rewards, but even if i used them on stupid stuff like subscriptions to magazines i like or whatever, i figure it's worth my few minutes every day or whenever i enter them.

I went around Carter Finley for an hour after 2 games and got enough caps to last as long as I was interested in putting in the codes. Got a $100 Blockbuster giftcard, a $50 pair of adidas bball shorts, and about 15 free movie rentals at blockbuster.
