along with a pen?

this is not the place to scalp tickets buddy. try ebay or stubhub for that crap. these tickets cost $25 and I'd recommend not trying to "sell" it for any more than that.

ntm you don't have the tickets in hand anyway. someone will have to drive all the way to asheville and hope you actually meet up with them at the show to get the ticket.

Quote :
"The PURCHASER (and Guest, if two tickets were purchased) will pick up the tickets the Night of Show and then be directed IMMEDIATELY into the club where tickets will be torn and fans will be stamped and wrist-banded. There will be no re-entry for these shows.

PURCHASER may give the second ticket (if available) to whomever he chooses, but PURCHASER's ticket may only be used by PURCHASER. Any attempt by PURCHASER to hand off his/her ticket will result in the ticket being confiscated and the PURCHASER banned from the club. Scalping is illegal in North Carolina. Tickets may be sold for face value and a small handling fee (generally set at or below $3/ticket). This show was intended to bring a great show to fans, not to enrich a few lucky people with fast internet connections. If you are purchasing scalped tickets, be very careful. Buyer beware! These folks are in it for the money, so be VERY sure you can actually get into the show.

Our normal ticket-transfer rules DO NOT apply to this show, as we made very clear before the shows went on sale. The residency tickets were sold under different rules – the Orange Peel typically allows fans to transfer tickets to friends, but NOT FOR THESE SHOWS."

yea thats why i asked him if he had 2 tickets (ie is planning to go and use one).

altho if he was trying to 'bend' the rules youre supposed to sell the pen and give away the ticket with the pen he got the order wrong

hah yea, I'm selling the pen and giving the ticket away.

I do not have 2 tickets, but I do live in Ashville so you can rob me if i dont meet you.

and it is on ebay and craigslist too, just thought i'd give some wolfpackers a fair chance at a non-ridiculous price

because of rules they have set in place for this show *YOU CANNOT SELL YOUR TICKET OR ALLOW *ANYONE* ELSE TO USE IT*. IIIFFFFFF you had 2 tickets and you wanted to sell or 'hand off' the second, you could do that. Otherwise, if you only have 1 ticket, they will NOT let anyone else use it besides yourself..if you dont go that ticket rots...

trust me i spent several emails and phone calls with them last week trying to get them to let me use my friends ticket who was going to give it to me for FREE, he just couldnt make the show anymore. But they said no everytime and the ticket rotted while i sat at home wanting to go.

So, in conclusion: lock this topic because the buyer will be pissing money away.

the only cases i know of it working is *direct* family members or someone 'cheating' and using a friends ID etc. outside of that, like i said i spent 2-3 emails and several phone calls talking to multiple employees asking them what could be done to use my friend's ticket. they said i could not use it even if he showed up at the door with me and said he was giving it to me for free (which he couldnt do anyways since he couldnt make it). and i didnt have a chance to get his ID before the show thus it rotted.

trust me i would LOVE to go and im free that night but i dont feel like driving to get turned away based on every single employee i talked to their this week and the fact that i couldnt get in saturday using someone else's ticket.
