Hey, I am in need of a place to live at in raleigh for this comming 2007-2008 school year.

I have no preference on male or female roommates and all. I'm matture, focused, I'm not a smoker, I can be as quiet as needed, I'm laidback, I'm pretty much chill with whatever.

I'm a guy, I do have a girlfriend who would probably come over every now and then, but not for the night most likely.

So if someone has a place for me let me know. If you need any more details and such just ask me.

There is a bunch of rooms over here on Kent rd at( U meadows )for $300 a room with own bathroom,washer,dryer,dishwasher ect ect wolfline right here and CAT

i just bought 2 bed room 2 bath room condo in the middle of downtown. rent will be more expensive then some places but you would be walking distance to tons of bars/food/clubs. let me know if your interested.

my roomate and i have a 3bd/2 1/2ba townhome on brent rd(off gorman behind western 1/4 mile from foodlion) a 20 second walk from the wolfline we're looking for a non smoker and someone we wouldnt have to beat down every month for rent money. we would prefer someone that has a steady job we dont mind you having company on occasion or even if u like to throw parties just as long as theyre respectful. rent would be 308 plus 1/3 utilities but never more than 390 total. the place will be fully furnished(living room kitchen washer dryer etc.) except for your bedroom. utilities would everything you can think of including wireless internet, xbox360,a ps3 sooner or later, and a 37" hdtv w/premium hdtv satelite package. you would have to share a bathroom with my roomate, although you can also have the 1/2 bath downstairs to yourself if you wish so i guess all you would be sharing is the shower. we're both african american males very easy to get along with we dont care what you are as long as you're clean and dont bring alot of drama with you. we both work nights and attend ncsu and i am currently a mechanical engineering major. if you're interested email me at timberlandnc@yahoo.com b/c im not very familiar with brent rd. 8-1-07
