Sup

I want to find some good modern instrumental (no vocals) groups that play somber stuff in minor keys.

im sort of cheating because they do have vocals in some songs. but a lot of their music is completely instrumental and i think you might really enjoy it given the brief description of stuff you wanted.

unfortunately for you, the ones on their myspace are the ones with vocals i think.

but check out the clip from 'the red opus' they have online. it takes 3-4 minutes to really kick in but its a good one. (i really like the full 13 min album version).

but also dont let the vocals in 'stories' scare you off from a great musical song either. its got a very somber feel with string instruments and all before its all over
