My roommate from last year and I are looking for someplace around the Avent Ferry / Gorman area. We both need to have leases for just the fall semester. Both of us are typical laid back college guys.

Price Range varies depending on how nice the place is.

hey im also looking for a 6 month lease. cant offer any help as far as finding a place. I think it would be easier to find a place for 3 people in the same situation rather than 2. let me know. i am also a senior, laid back, drink dont smoke, no pets

Better yet my mother did everything for me until i was 19, I dont do any laundry, dishes, vacuming, or other cleaning whatsoever. I do not know what the lint screen is for on the drier. I like the house tempr on either 63 or 79 I dont like moderate indoor temperatures.

Despite many claims that marijuana is not addictive I have managed to smoke weed daily then eventually hourly since that time skipping school in tenth grade. I am enrolled in school but dont go, I am just here to humore my parents.

After I fuckup my third consecutive semester my parents will cut off my rent money in an attempt to teach me some responsibility. Rather than getting a job over the summer I will continue to smoke weed and lead a bovine existence. If I dont have any weed money I will smoke yours. I will also eat your food. I will fuck you on bill money, and eventually cause the landlord to threaten all of us with evictions.

Two months before the lease being up I will just dissapear while you are at work. You are welcome to the stuff I left behind. I dont need it back at home with mom.
