so at work ive got two flatscreens setup side by side. i put up a wallpaper and its the same on each screen. how do i strech it so its one continuous background?

I don't know of any menus you can go to, but try this:
Figure out what your vertical and total horizontal resolution (monitor 1 + monitor 2) is and create a picture in mspaint thats that size. Then right click on the desktop -> properties -> desktop-> and set the background image to Tiled.

you need to find wallpaper that has the right resolution for both monitors side by side
and i'm thinking you need a program like Ultramon to do it...but even if you don't, get ultramon anyway. its a great program for multiple monitors.
