I'm sick of weeding through all of the places on here, craigslist, facebook, and every other internet source there is.

I need a short term lease, Aug-Dec. And dog friendly. If anyone knows of a good rental company that will do a 6 month leases, or anyone that has an open room thru Dec then PLEASE let me know.

I have a room in Ivy Chase that will be available from August through January. The rent is $455 a month and includes utilities except for phone/internet. Pets are allowed. It's in a three bedroom apartment, but the other two bedrooms are empty, so it'd be like you have a one bedroom. let me know if you're interested; it's probably one of the cheapest six month leases available.

I have a room open... it's off of Jones Franklin Road & the beltline.. really close to campus..rent would be 350 + electric (30-40/mon)... free wireless internet. I have two cats and wouldn't mind a dog.

I live in 2200 sq.f house by myself and you are wellcome to join me. You will have your personal bathroom and a bedroom. Everything is furnished. The house is off Capital Bld. Most of the time I am in school or at work.
