Looking for one more male roommate for the upcoming school year. It's a 3 story townhouse with a large kitchen, living area and bonus room. Has washer/dryer, pool and workout room access and all that other stuff. Located right near Tryon and Lake Wheeler Rd. I'm a recent grad working FT and the other roommate is a senior in engineering. We're both pretty easy going and keep the house fairly clean. You'll have the downstairs bedroom and your own private bath. No smoking or large pets. Rent is $350 + 1/3 utilities(~$80)/month.
