"L" shaped loft. Can fit two beds. My roomate and I used in Bragaw and passes all fire codes. Like I said it is shaped like an "L" so your feet face each other. It frees up a lot of space in the room. We had a love loveseat and desk underneath. $120 OBO.

Loft is very sturdy!

The couch does not has not lost shape.
