I recently moved into the Lodge at Crossroads and I'm looking for a roommate in their 20's or early 30's to share the apartment with for the duration of the 12 month lease. It has 2 bedrooms, and is 1144 sq. ft. with a nice balcony and ample storage. It's very ideal for a roommate situation! Rent per month is $475 per person plus split the cost of any utilities (cable/internet, electric, water) which are in my name. This is a great location and a nice apartment community, convenient to the beltline and shopping.

I am a 27 yr. old professional female looking for someone else who will respect my stuff. I have lived alone for a few years so I have mostly everything you'd need to use. You'll need to provide your own bedroom and bathroom things, etc. for your personal space. This is ideal for someone just moving to the area who does not own anything or someone who is a minimalist, or even a graduate student. I am a neat, clean, and organized person. I'd am okay with a female roommate but am open to living with a male who's neat and clean with his living habits. I definitely want to live with someone who is a non-smoker and one who's drug free. I do also own a cat who's about 1 yr. old. so you need to like cats. :-) Please no other animals.

Please let me know if you are interested and if I feel we could be a compatible match we can arrange to meet. Please include your age, your line of work, and a little about yourself (maybe what your typical schedule is like).

Thanks!
