neither of these are working, my internet connection is fine, can check my outlook express email, etc. but neither IE nor FF will load? Any tips?

disable firewall

could be DNS or NBT

you could try running cmd, then run the following:

nbtstat -R

ipconfig /flushdns

though if you can connect to email it's probably ok.
