i swear to god, yesterday john edwards, barack obama, mitt romney, and a few others were in my dream last night...we were all on a school bus(wtf?) and i had to talk barack into opening up and not saying political correctness stuff and then i went on like a 5 minute tangent on stuff i thought of and barack looked at me amazed and said "this guy is amazing"...after he said that i asked him for a job and i think he gave me one...in my dream john edwards left without even saying bye or shaking hands and i told barack that at one of my old jobs where i worked at a hospital, my boss said he was a "slimeball"(which actually happened in real life)....me and mitt talked about his being a mormon but i cant remember the extent...i think he didnt particularly like it but we had a nice little convo and at the end shook hands....i dont know why but for some reason in my dream barack had to use crutches like these:



me and him chilled a lot in my dream compared to edwards, who had disappeared, and romney who had talked with me and went on his way...me and barack went to a restuarant and a indoor basketball court(i think)

once i woke up it took me like 30 seconds to realize i had been dreaming...then i kinda got sad cause i was like man i wish all that really coulda happened

I've had some fucked up dreams, but every time I do I try to consider if there's a reason I had them or not. Most of them are just creative manifestations of my subconscious that stem from deep-rooted emotions during my waking hours, which in itself is useful, I suppose.

But one time I dreamt about a certain guy for several weeks on end, and after three years of no contact with him, he contacted us. Out of the blue. After three years of no contact. He just literally drove up in the backyard and knocked on the door.

I keep dreaming about the people I knew who have died. There's only one left to dream about now.

And in these dreams, they're quite alive and well, we have a grand time, and we basically have our time as though they were alive now - e.g., my friend in last night's dream met my cat, had lunch with my bf and I, and then we went shopping and got shoes similar to the ones I got this week IRL.

I had some seriously fucked up dreams when I was pregnant. Funniest - I had hobbit feet and was trying desperately to find shoes that hid them. Strangest - I was nursing a litter of cats. Not even kittens, but full-grown cats. :crazy:

But for the most part my dreams reflect what's going on in the daytime, with the occasional weird twist thrown in.

My dream last night:
My boyfriend and I were in his car driving down this long dirt road. On either side of the road was nature and all sorts of animals (mostly snakes and cool-looking lizards). It was fun until we saw this huge buffalo, who got angry and started chasing us. We went faster, but the buffalo was pretty fast.
