Why do you say I need new bulbs? Picture still looks just the same as when I bought it. THose reflections are from the camera light.

That one looks like a CRT projection type HDTV, which doesn't consume bulbs, it just has 3 CRT guns that work for the lifetime of the TV, that is until they gradually get dimmer and die after 5-10 years (ish).
