I have a condo I own at Blue Ridge and Western. I moved out of state and don't have anyone to do the maintenance. New tenants moved in and said "the toilet was spraying the wall" (possibly a fluid master? she said it was coming out the top of the tank). Also, the dining room light was disconnected for some reason and needs to be rehung. May be a couple of other little things as well.

Pay starts at $30 and goes up depending on time, parts., etc. if anyone is interested. Tenant is a friend of mine, so if it takes you 5 minutes you'd probably just get the $30.00. If you are halfway competent you could be on call for other little things if you'd like. PM if you can do it this weekend. Offer is open until 6:30 PM EST Friday.
