What is wrong with you people who get runs from taco bell, and any other specific restaurant or food?

I get runs from food in exactly one scenario: food poisoning.

I made some AWESOME chili once, offered it to a big, beefy friend of mine and he says 'no thanks. Don't want my asshole burning'
