I took her to the vet yesterday, and she was purring while the vet tech was taking her temp.

Rectally.

She also didn't stop purring when she got a shot.

Dunno if that's the case. She's SUCH an attention whore that she'll start purring as soon as I enter the room. She'll purr (like she did tonight) if you switch your attention from something else to her.

When I first got her, I really thought there had to be something wrong with her purr switch, because she purrs THAT much. Now I just kinda treat is as background noise
