why does it sound like to me every time W. starts pontificating on how the government or Democracy is supposed to function that he has just opened up a 6th Grade Social Studies book to find his answers?

it's like right after the 2000 election he came out with this gem - concise and trite enough to teach to a 3rd grader
"I am mindful of the difference between the executive branch and the legislative branch. I assured all four of these leaders that I know the difference, and that difference is they pass the laws and I execute them."

or, of course, showing his vast international diplomacy knowledge in the 2004 election
"Tribal sovereignty means that, it's sovereign. You're a -- you're a -- you have been given sovereignty and you're viewed as a sovereign entity."

I guess since I am not a Darth Cheney fanboy I don't have to give him his due OED cred.

Doesn't take a fan to spell the name of the Vice President of the United States correctly... more like a 3rd grade civics lesson.

And he alludes that horribly horrible show on comedy central.

Fucker probably reads Al Franken too.

I didn't inhale

I did not have sexual relations with that woman

Indeed I did have a relationship with Ms. Lewinsky that was inappropriate. In fact, it was wrong.

See, this game is so much fun!

Boone, why does your graph stop three years ago?
Could it be because the deficit as % of GDP falls precipitously from there on?
