Looking for a place for my friend who just moved here, either own place or share with a roommate or two in North Raleigh or Wake Forest.

Graduated Adult Male, working in home sales in Wake Forest. Ideally He wants a location somewhere between Raleigh and Wake Forest, so the drive to either part isn't so bad.


He's married, but his wife goes to Grad School up north. She will visit occasionally but will not be living with him.

Prefers own bedroom and bath. Has no pets, but is ok with them. Prefers a kid-free home. He's very clean and responsible, doesn't smoke, doesn't party, very respectful.
