For $10 more I could get an unonpened new box with no scratches nothing.

Why would anyone pay $50 for a used opened game is beyond me.

this game is brand new so if you were even able to find a used one in the store it would still cost u about $55 used, so would still be saving a little bit of money. $50 for this game right now is not that bad of a deal
