depends... people own them and rent them out individually... probably 600-900 depending, but cant beat the fucking location. Can walk to just about everything but a movie theater

Could hit up Ivy Commons just south of campus. There's a waiting list there, but if you talk to Ammons Pittman property management (they run it) they could probably sort something out. I was in a 2br/2ba, 960 sq ft apartment that was $600/mo, they just raised it to $630/mo. Parking's good, and it's quiet and safe. Just don't leave nice shit in plain view in your car. I think the 1br apartment's are in the $500/mo range.
