The other replies to the post are friends of his that he put up to posting because he's the only one that I had dealings with. The place is clean and everything works so if any one is interested contact me. There is currently one male student there that is signed on through 7/08.

This is the way the apartment was left that SkankinMonky sublet to a friend. He didn't collect a security deposit from his friend nor did he come by to clean the place. And he's upset that I held a big chunk of his security deposit. Move on Lane and learn from not covering yourself.

If you think I'm going to let you post threads on this messageboard regarding any apartment and not let them know how poor of a landlord you are then you are seriously mistaken.

How about you mention the sink that you refused to repair for over 6 months? Or the two live electrical outlets that you refused to fix the entire duration of the lease? Or what about the dryer that you made us take that broke within 10 minutes of using it and we couldn't do laundry for a week? You're a shitty landlord, get over yourself.
