Is it possible to get a 360 online through ICS with my wireless laptop? Like, running an ethernet to the 360 from the laptop and having the laptop on wireless connection?

I've found threads where it mentions this, and others where it suggests getting the old XBox wireless adaptor (which I presume still work just fine). However I'd like to do this without buying anything if possible.

This site http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/ics_xp says how to do the software configuration stuff, but I don't know if it means that all the computers will connect through my laptop, and I don't think the basic port on my laptop will be usable as providing connection to the 360...

If this can't work, I'll just get the old adapter from eBay for $50.

used it with the old xbox, worked fine, and it says you can use it with 360 now.

Yea, that'd work, but I want to get on Live to play with friends at State and home.

Edit: Can XBC get to Live? I remember my friend would only get on private servers and that kind of stuff.

Edit: Looks like I'd have to buy a crossover cable to do this.
