physically broken? did you buy insurance on it?

lots of cell providers (nextel, alltel, etc) cant work on RIM phones (BlackBerry) so if there is a problem they have to send it back...if its something broken like the trackwheel or the charger port or if you're getting a repeating java loop error, you might be able to get a free replacement for like $50...something worth looking into

it's the one my company bought for me, and i don't really want them to know i broke it.

i know the EIN and the serial numbers will be different, but whatever.

and no, there's no insurance on it.

i ran over it with my car. suffice to say, it's broken. and don't ask how this happened.
