sounds like the US is in desperate need of some of that....also add...for americans at least...

no adjusting your hair
no putting on or fixing your make up
no using the visor mirror
no using your mirrors except to monitor the cars around you
DRIVE!

maybe if we had no eating or drinking while driving we wouldn't have so many fat asses behind the wheel.

oh and +1 for not having to worry about morons flicking their cigarette butts at your car on the highway
