Ivy Commons is on both the Avent Ferry and Greek Court Wolfline routes. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the ground floor with an enclosed brick back patio (great for grilling out on). Area is quiet, a lot of new graduates and asians live here...so it's not really cop-ridden if you wanted to throw a big party. (unlike Uhouse, wolf creek, etc.)

Washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven included. Also get two parking passes/spaces.

rent is $325/per person/mo, water & electric are only utilities but are paid separate.

available november.

oh, and my roommate never really leaves her room so you'd basically have the entire apartment minus her BR and BA to yourself.

if you throw a big party there the asians will probably call the cops....probably why all the big parties are at uhouse, wolfcreek, etc

Great apartment complex. Somebody should take this up. It's cheap and pretty safe.

nevermind. one of my coworkers is taking it. it's no big deal, i'm just moving upstairs to a one-bedroom.
