The house has a cool open layout, nice 61'' widescreen hdtv, 5.1 dts home theater, one car garage 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The room available shares a bath and is about 12x10 feet. Rent starts at 391.67 a month but some negotiaion is possible. Our Vacancy starts in December so it would be perfect for somone starting school in the spring or moving between semesters. how do you deal with the 1 car garage if the 3 people living there all have a car? is it a lot of shuffling around of cars and parking on the street every day?

We mostly park on the street. We'll be setting up a home gym in the garage unless whoever moves in opts to use the garage.
