When I worked evenings at the fair almost every day two years ago, I tried lots and lots of fair food. Typically, I'd have a snack before heading in, if classes allowed. I'd take my dinner break with my friend, working the same gig, we'd each get different things, and swap 1/2. Then, on the way out, I'd call up my mom, bf, or whomever, and ask if they wanted something. I'd try some of that too. After a couple days, I got sick of fair food.

It's cool to see how inventive they can get (like putting taco meat, cheese, and lettuce in a bag of fritos, and giving you a fork)

Honestly, there's nothing I'm looking forward to. The only foods I've been hankering for that I can't have are White Castle and italian beef

that's not creative, a frito pie has been around forever

I have no idea what fair you're talking about...probably because I don't live there...but I'm pretty sure that if I was there, my favorite food that I would be looking forward to is kettle corn....and perhaps churros
