I do, but this escalator would freak me out. The Japanese are nuts.

^^^i was strapped from the chest... you could jump upside down if you wrap your legs around the cord and jump
i thought i'd rather skydive than bungee first too because i didn't want to be yanked back up.... but after you jump you hardly even notice the flying back up part 10/9/2007 8:05:27 PM

They do the world's highest bungee at the Royal Gorge bridge. It was pretty fucking sick to see someone make it all the way down to the bottom.
There are some pictures somewhere of my dorky ass with an NC State looking rig.

I always thought I was afraid of height until I was dangling on scaffolding 300 ft off the ground with no safety equipment on at all.

<-- not a fan of heights.
as i've gotten older, maybe it's 9/11 or the media, but i've gotten more and more paranoid about flying in planes. as a kid, i never had a problem or thought twice about it. 10/9/2007 11:55:46 PM

yeah i could handle that pretty well... i love flying, it's a very odd feeling to get used to but it's not bad, exhilarating would be a better term... ![](images/biggrin.gif) 10/10/2007 12:11:34 AM

Skydiving != normal height scales. I get mad virtigo in high places even on the third level of the RBC Center but I loved the time I went skydiving. I think because the frame of reference was unlike anything I had ever experienced and the ground wasn't as close that it made it fun. Now, I love roller coasters but that building would trip me out. 10/10/2007 1:46:04 AM
