1778-2400 seems absurd.
Though the utility bill did go from 430 to 398 last month to 260 this cylce, just by not using the A/C for a couple weeks. Methinks something is fucked with the thermostat and there is zero insulation in the attic.
3 roommates, 1400ish ft² more or less normal appliances.

My mean kWh usage is 364.78 kWh with a standard deviation of 223.64 kWh.
My data is skewed though due to my significantly higher usage during the winter/cold weather months.
For Summer usage (usage june-aug)
mean= 284.8 std dev= 88.3
Fall/Spring Usage (usage march-may & sept-nov)
mean= 251 std dev= 94.1
Winter Usage (dec-feb)
