I did. Her name was Leigh Maxine.
On another note, I have about 200 Garbage Pail Kids burried somewhere at my parent's place. I have numerous 'Borin Lauren' cards...but I never got why she was called that, in a Playboy bunny outfit. I always thought 'Whorin Lauren' made more sense... perhaps it was too risque for the 80s. 10/11/2007 5:58:18 PM

seriously? Damn...I had to travel to South Africa to get one. I mean not really, but they were so expensive that my parent's wouldn't buy me one...but we went to South Africa and for whatever reason they were way cheaper there. 10/11/2007 6:04:50 PM

I had one. My parents had to put him on layaway. My grandparents went ahead and paid the full cost when they found out. 10/11/2007 6:49:26 PM

I have to admit to formerly being a rabid collector of Cabbage Patch Dolls.
I received my first cabbage patch doll in the early 80s, when they first came out. It was a baby with a little blonde tuft of hair named Ella Libby. That doll went with me everywhere and slept with me every night.
I then spent a good 15 years amassing cabbage patch dolls. I still have all of my dolls and a few anniversary editions still in their original boxes. 10/11/2007 7:46:50 PM

I did but I ended up putting marker on her face thinking I was putting make up on her and giving her a haircut thinking it would grow back. I was too young to own one at the time and I got one of the first ones that were like $60-80.

I had two growing up. Rob Hank and Eirita Eilisa (yeah really, I just looked at the little card.)
A few years ago my mom went crazy and got all of the girls in my family (including aunts, cousins, and grandmothers) Cabbage Patch dolls with their first names. It took her the entire year to find them.
On another note, I wasn't allowed to play with Garbage Pail Kids. My parents were really strict. 10/11/2007 9:40:10 PM
