My suggestion... Woods of Terror, Church Street, Greensboro
Its the best one I have ever been to. It takes about an hour to get through. They add new stuff every year. Every year, they have a different scary-movie star. Last year was Jason (I think), they've had Pumpkinhead, and the original Texas Chain Saw Massacre man (that dude is huge! :beatup, and the guy from Jeepers Creepers. They also have a haunted museum filled with memorabilia like original pieces from different movies.

This weekend, the guest will be there. PINHEAD! Today and tomorrow only. Anyway, its the best haunt by far.
