You know, just as I typed that, I decided to watch something I had DVR'ed and even that won't play. It just hangs on the screen and takes me back to the grey screen. Anyone else having that issue? Also, if you go to the ondemand channels, the menus are there and you can move around in them, but the previews don't play and you obviously can't select and play any content.

i turned mine on a few minutes ago. it worked but no volume at all.
took a couple minutes to reset the system but yay cable!

alright I went to time warners customer service.

They told me to do these steps:


1. Unplug Power Cable from the Cable Box for 30 seconds.
2. Plug it back in and turn it back on. It should Reboot itself.
3. When the time is showing again instead of boot, turn the tv back on.
4. Enjoy the rest of Your Saturday on the couch you lazy fucks.
5. I'll be doing the same.
6. Buy me beer.

you can reboot the box just as easily by holding down the power button on the box until it reboots. (easier if you can't get to the plug)
