I get the part where you said that he felt like family, but are you the one who was in a relationship with him? No. Is it really any of your business? No. Some would argue that he makes it your business by hurting her (whether physically or, in this case, emotionally), but that doesn't give you a license to go to where he works/lives/whatever and give him hell. At the very least, if you happen to run into him somewhere you don't want to act like a bitch, just be curt and distant towards him.

Just stay out of it and let all parties involved handle it like adults. It wasn't you got was cheated on, so it's not your drama. You aren't obligated to love the guy anymore, but you don't need to make this your fight either.
