I need to find a sub-leaser ASAP for my 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment at Parkwood Village on Gorman St. The rent is $545 per month, water included. The lease expires July 31, 2008. Available by the end of this month.

My average electric bill has been $60. The place heats up and cools down really easily, so I think my highest bill in the last 2 years was $90 or something like that. And cable, internet, digital phone I got through a Time Warner package, which runs about $120 a month.

Also - there is no washer/dryer hookup in this apartment. There is however a coin laundry facility in the next building.
